Review Process

1. If the article submitted to the journal is within the scope of the journal's publication, all articles are checked for plagiarism.

2. Articles that do not conform to the journal's format are sent back to the author with a request for revision within 15 days, and the author is given 15 days to complete the revisions.

3. Articles that conform to the format and scope are sent to two reviewers with academic expertise in the subject area, and the reviewers are given 30 days to complete the review. The review process is based on the double-blind review principle.

4. In cases of rejection, reviewers are expected to provide at least three concrete reasons that cannot be addressed within 15 days. In cases where one rejection and one acceptance are received, the article is sent to a third reviewer. However, if the reason for rejection is very clear and concrete, the editorial board may ultimately accept the rejection decision after discussions.

5. The editor is responsible for the final decision on the article.

6. Even after the evaluation, if there is any violation of laws or academic ethical rules, or any conflict of interest, the editorial board may reject the article.

7. The entire evaluation process is expected to be completed within an average of 3 months.
